Beer Quantity: Please bring 2 half barrels of beer to the event.
All beer will be considered a donation to the San Francisco Brewers Guild, which is a non-profit 501(c)(6). Documentation will be provided. Type 17 and 75 breweries will be charged a participation fee. Invoices for beer from Type 17 and 75 breweries must be provided prior to the event.
Staff Tickets: Each brewery will be provided with 4 staff tickets to attend the event. Additional tickets will not be provided or sold at a discount. Type 17 and 75 breweries must provide volunteers to serve their beer in accordance with CA ABC regulations. They will count towards your ticket allocation.
Parking: Parking is not available at the site and will need to be arranged separately. Load-in / load-out times will be sent in advance with information on nearby garages and parking recommendations. Breweries may need to load in at pre-determined times during event day (even in the morning). Load-out will need to occur immediately following the event.
More information about setup and event licensing will be provided in early January.
